Finally i'm bck! It been 2 months+
since i last posted.
Was lazy n busy that couple of months.
I recently went to Korea ( South Korea of course)
for the mid year school holidays.
It was fun. I arrived at Korea nt exactly liking
kimchi and i left Korea loving kimchi!!
The food was fantastic! Delicious!!
The view was breathtaking.

On the first day,
we arrived at night..it was cold that time.
then the next day, we went 2 a historical
place about the u.s helping south korea after
the sudden attack frm north korea.
we took many pictures.
Then we went to chinatown. the sad part
is, it was still early so nt many shops were open at that time.
I was disappointed becuz we wanted to try
a bun that is baked in a 'tempayan-like' thing
using charcoal. they even displayed pic of celeb
visiting that shop..BUMMER!
Then after a long drive, it's time 4 lunch.
The chicken is raw so we have to let them cook.
after stirring with the cabbages and rice cake.
Its done!!

Later rice is added with shredded seaweed.
It was yummy!! tasted like fried rice:)
after that mouth-watering lunch,
We went to Naminara which is the place
where scenes of Winter Sonata were shot.
the place is like a forest. They even have
food stores n cafes.
They even have decorations that are made
frm old bottles n there's a cafe called Eco Cafe
uses recycled stuffs to decorate their entrance board.
I bought CHESTNUTS n tried homemade red bean pau
n the deep-fried red bean ball.
Another thing i noticed in Korea, Koreans LOVE
Coffee! It's cute that they pronounce coffee as 'kopi'
but nt like BM but instead like 'copi'. Koreans even like
to eat Donuts!! Everywhere u go , u'll sure see a Dunkin' Donut
store n STARBUCKS COFFEE, CAFE and BAKERY!
At night, we ate the bbq pork wrapped with lettuce.
I ate this b4 at Korea Town in Ampang. Was good too!

The next day, it was SUPER COLD!!
It was raining too!! we went to a chinese historical temple
n they have a gigantic buddha statue.
Next Stop: Teddy Bear Farm
All the bear r unique n so cute. i even found a potential
husband too!! LOL
4 lunch, we ate another chicken dish which taste
like char siew but a lil spicier. FANTASTIC!
we then went 2 the fish market n saw many exotic fish
frm the ocean. Miss Sugar saw a tempura shop
n bought some. The prawns were SOOOO
JUICY N SWEET!

We then went to a place where they have rocks that
looks like a dragon. Took pics near a light house.

Then we went to a CHEESE MAKING PLACE!!
First, boil a grade a quality milk, then wait till it thickens,
then add sea water. next it'll starts to separate once u add vinegar.
then we add vitamin C for nutritional purposes.
then, strain the milk to collect the milk protein.
place in a mold n VOILA!! CHEESE. ( but doesn't taste like
cheese at all. Taste like TOFU!!)
i guess to allow the cheese to ferment to get those cheesy flavour.

at night, we ate another chicken dish which is in a broth with cabbages.
it tasted like ABC soup!1YUM:)

Forth Day, EVERLAND! which is in Seoul.
It was hot that day. Felt like i was bck in Malaysia!!
wanted to ride the world steepest wooden roller coaser
but there were too many ppl. had to waith for 1 n 1/2 hours.
FORGET IT so we went to a MYSTERY MANSION but
we had to wait 4 40 mins. so we went to FOUR SEASONS
GARDEN. The flowers were SO BEAUTIFUL!
There were many colours too!
We ate at a burger place which claim to
have 'The Best Burger In Town'. Disappointment.
Mayb becuz there were SO many ppl!!
i even had to find a table but was taken by some korean b****.
haha..anyways, if it wasn't for her, i woundn't have find a
very awesome table!Yeah!
then Parade!! the parade was very fun n colouful n lively!!
Some girls r pretty n the guys r cute too!!( haha.. we ended up
looking for cute guys instead!! naughty us!!)

Next Kimchi School.
We learn to make kimchi n about their health benefit.

We even get to try on their traditional costumes.at night we
reached the city n walked around the mall.

There's a mall which closes at 4:30AM!
Next day!! Seaweed Factory!
we get to see all the processes of seaweed making.
frm roasting to packaging.
then we went to a tourist place n get to see all about
Korean's prime minister, blockbuster movies n even their vision
to build one of the tallest buidings in the world.
Then we visited another chinesey place which is palace.
we took pic of the 'samurai or something' he was tall!!
mum's feet was injured so my dad n us went around taking crazy pic
of us jumping n doing weird stunts!!
at night we ate the braised saba fish with radish!! DELICIOUS!!!

Next day, JEJU ISLAND!
we went there by domestic flight.
there'r 2 types of statue. each has different hands above the other.
ppl believe that when u rub the nose of the statue u can get either

a boy or a girl. for a boy, the statue right hand is above the left.
n for the girl is vice versa. BOY!! the statues nose were black due
to years of hopeful ppl rubbing them!!AHAHA!
we took pics of a mermaid statue. her ''chest'' were blck cuz
some perverts touch them!lol.( my mum n dad were one of them!!)
we also visited jeju orange farm n bought some orange chocolates!

we then climbed the 200+ meter volcano mountain thingy!
the volcano is still active. it was tiring going up there but
it was worth it cuz the view was spectacular. it's funny to see my dad
n sisters struggling to climb up. many 'ajumma' or aunties came dwn after
reaching the top. this shows how fit they r. that gave me motivation!!
we even saw a statue that looks like a dog/lion at the same time.

We get to ride on a horse! mine was a lil old so it had to take breather
b4 going uphill. The horses were so cute.
we then visited a cultural village. we saw a black piglet. SO CUTE!
They even shows us about the orang asli daily stuff.

then we tasted some korean honey. we then went
to see the waterfall. we grab an ice-cream otw there.
was one of the best ice cream EVER!!!!!
tasted like japanese ice cream. i ate green tea ice cream.
then, we saw a statue that looked like a girl/ lion. funny right.
that particular place was also frm a korean oldies movie.
then, we went to Msterious Roud.
It look like were r going uphill but it's actually DOWNHILL!!
WHY?? this is becuz of the environment n surroundings that
causes this illusion. awesome!!
we ate some chinese restaurant which SUCKS.:(
then we went to an underground shopping place.
On the 7th day, we went bck to Seoul frm Jeju.
then we went shopping at the hotspots.LOTTE MALL!!
we even went for a teabreak.
i ate froyo! n we ate waffle!
Korea even have their own 'fake McDonald' the colours n concept
r the same but the name is of course different.
It's called Lotteria. they even serve pork meat there!
sadly we nvr tried there.
At the airport we even bought handbags.haha.
Overrall, my holidays were yummy n unforgettable!
Truly a Sparkling Experience~
