I wanted to bake cheesecake
because we have a box of graham crackers..
at first, i decided to make new york style
but i wanted to make a cake that is guranteed
delish.
Well my mum is famous for many things.
her cheesecake pie, apple pie, apple cake..etc..
so i wanted to make her legendary CHEESECAKE PIE!!
TAAAADAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!

which give a tart and sweet taste at the same time..
Every1 loved it but mum said i could add more lemon juice.
Glad to know that this pie was gone less then a week!!:)
Last week..
we still gt one cream cheese bar in the freezer.
so we better use it cuz it was kept for quite sometime.
With my mum's suggestion, she said i should make pumpkin
cheesecake pie. My dad love pumpkin pie.
He always sing Pump-pump-pump-pumpkin pie~
when he wants 1.;)
i added vanilla essense although its nt required
in the recipe. luckily i added a lil cuz i'm nt suppose to
add vanilla essense.(ooppss!!)
Mum said i could omit the vanilla so that that it won't
overpower the cinnamon taste n for the pie crust,
i added a lil too much flour( cuz it was rather too moist n buttery)
Luckily every1 loved it(again)
Dad ate a pie every single day.:)( means its quite good
cuz my dad's a picky eater)
