Back to church

Today went to church after all those holidays.
We learned about the things we do that counts.

Later 4 lunch , we ate the famous Wan tan Mee at petaling street.. Ate there long time ago but long time nvr eat there.. Always eat beef noodle n chicken rice.
As always, I'd order the char siew with chicken.

After that go ta pau my love of my life.. CHESTNUT!!!
I basically ate half a kilo of that!!
Enjoyed it very much!!:)

First Day of School After Semester Break

Went 2 school n guess what?
It's empty!! There's on 8 ppl
In my class!! I think more than 3/4 of the whole school were absent..
Dunno do wat at home..
My pals also nvr tell me! What a fren!!

Class was boring but I was accompanied by Michelle. She's busy sewing a ribbon. Haha..
I suppose to post the pic but forgot to take a pic of it.. Hehe

After school is over, mum pick me up n go ta pau food 4 lunch.:)
Then we also bought bubur chacha( dunno spelled correctly or nt)
The lady usually put the normal sweet potato but today she use the Japanese purple sweet potato. The 'tong sui' is PURPLE!!
Yay!! My fav colour!! Haha!!

Cinnamon Roll.

Yesterday, we went KLCC for shopping..

Well we bought some perfumes 4 mum n dad..

cg bought shoes n i gt a top.

very boring...shortest shopping ever!

mum bought cg's fav sugar waffles n a japanese cheese cake.

Reached home, my hands were itchy, i ask my mum whether i could bake cinnamon rolls.

she says tomolo at 1st but say ALAH!!!

then she say ok..hehe

Then i ask whether 2 make double portions so that can last tilll next week.

she says ok.

The i mix n knead like normal.

Let it rise till double( when i first saw how big it became, i thought there's something in there lol)

then knead a lil..n roll out on the kitchen table into a rectangle.

Spread some butter on it.( cg preparing the sugar n cinnamon spice)

later we sprinkled a generous layer on the dough.

We rolled it up into a thick sausage..

cg went to get a floss( no flavour btw)

we cut it n place it on a tray.

sprinkle more sugar n cinnamon on top..

let it rise again.

After that we put it in the oven.( i was suppose to leave for tuition but stayed for awhile to try it!)

After it's done, me n cg grab a piece..

The top was crispy but sadly out generous sprinkling for the inside was not enough..:(

but it is was nice though..

(btw my mum is usually famous for her apple cake n cinnamon roll..)

So the second tray, we added more cinnamon on top cuz we can put more inside..( duh)

Went off to tuition..

7pm.Came bck.

saw my cinnamon rolls..look a lil over cook but mum say it's fine.

after they're cooled, i packed it in a tupperware..

Cinnamon roll mission complete.(but hav to to add MORE cinnamon sugar next time)

Lunch At Coffee Shop

Today woke up at 9:45.

Last night slept at 1 something hehe..

OH YA..

HAPPY 1 MALAYSIA!!!!!!

Later mum says wanna eat steam fish head..i dun feel like it.

b4 that she says wanna eat the char kuey tiaw near leisure mall but i hv sore throat.

then i suggest kenny rogers( cuz i nvr ate there since last year)

but mum say no.

Cg wanna eat sushi at the Tmn Midah Go Sushi but mum set her mind ady.

so cg n i keep our fingers cross cuz today is a public hol( the shop might nt open)

but it was open! oh well... we thought we could eat at sushi king at queen's park.

But don get me wrong..the steam fish there is delicious.( one of our top 3)

Mum orders fried bean sprout with salted fish, omelette n of course STEAM FISH.

the vege was nt enough so my mum order another 1..

I ate the head:)( usually my mum ate them but she says she wanna eat the vege)

Baking Buns!

That day, we just came back home from our trip.I opened the frige and it was empty. So, I decided to bake bread since I need some practice anyway. (Usually my bread making failed. :( Cuz added to much hot water.)   

After mixing in the ingredients, its time to KNEAD!

After forming a smooth texture..i covered the dough with a damped cloth n place it outside under the hot sun to be risen.

An hour later, i check on my risen dough.

Later, add a little more flour n knead a little.

Form to small balls on a baking pan n spread butter on top.

I sprinkle some cinnamon n brown sugar on top( as u can see)

I ask Cigie to sprinkle her own cuz she can be fussy n she likes her food sugary..

(the 1 at the right corner below is cigie's bun)

These buns are not ready yet but they have risen for 30min.

Later i preheated the oven at baked it for about 15-20 min.

After 15-20 min....

VOILA!!!!!!!YAY!!! It looks yummy eh?

After it cooled my mum was hungry so gave a piece,

she says it was quite nice:)

Later cigie at her bun n says that it tasted like potato bread..haha..

I tried it and it tasted like cheese buns fot the 1st bite..haha.

taste good though..:)

My iPhone 4:)

Recently..we just had our PMR Trial..

so its constant study n pressure..

I try my best la..but 4 me its still not enough.

i noe i've never update my blog 4 months..

but who cares?? its private n i'm just lazy 2 on9.

The trial exams were ok n tricky sometimes..

But thanks to God!! HE helped me..

First time in my life i get straight A's..

I bet its no biggy 4 those geniuses out there

but i'm happy. I finally did it.cuz usually its

like a exam curse. if i score certain subjects

there's definitely a B for another subjects..

luckily man..I hope i get 2 break the curse

again 4 PMR. fingers crossed..

Since primary, my dad always make a deal

with us which is Awesome results, you'll

get a gadget. My dad owed me 7++ presents!!

(n more 2 come lol) U guys may think i'm such a

spoiled rich brat but i'm not.

I not some dumb girl who gets whatever she

wants from her daddy..that's not me.

that's 4 dumb spoiled rich girls.. i worked my ass

off so i deserve my reward..hehe..

most of all i did it to make my parents happy

n too make me worth something..

We as kids should really play our part

becuz there's a lot of kids out there take

their parents 4 granted 4 certain things.

We should remember that we owe our parents

so we should repay the favour by studying hard

n excel in our studies n future..

I been waiting to get a new phone 4 quite sometime ady.

but there's many phones out there still releasing..

Cuz everytime there's the NEW THING..i wanted

a phone that doesn't go out dated n long lasting.

i also like SE phone cuz u can share files with other

users but SE still can't beat my iphone.

so i've been waiting for iPhone 4 but unfortunately

there's been a little prob with the signal.

So we thought of waiting 4 the new batch.

n te prob been fixed ady..

Today i got my iPhone 4!!:)

Just becuz my chinese is nt fluent doesn't mean

i'm fucking dumb!!! ppl really nothin to do..

that's y these things making me self-consicous.

I noe i'm special cuz every1 is special..

Every night i pray to God to help be positive n strong.

Cuz no 1's perfect so start looking at ur mistakes

be4 telling others wat 2 do..

Many times i feel like crying n feel so ugly.

But i noe, i'm ME!!!!!!!!!!!
